Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı’mız İsmail Koçali tarafından, memleketi olan Kars’ın Arpaçay İlçesine bağlı Karakale Köyü’nde, kendi okuduğu okulun yanında yeni bir ilkokul yaptırıldı.
Büyükşehir standartlarına uygun şekilde yapılan okul, 08.09.2017 Cuma günü törenle açıldı.
Yeni ders yılında eğitime başlayacak ilkokulda; 4 derslik, 1 anasınıfı, kütüphane, yemekhane, öğretmen lojmanı ve çocuk parkı bulunuyor.
Birsen Koçali Alış İlkokulu’nda eğitim ve öğretim hayatına başlayacak olan tüm çocuklarımıza başarılar dileriz.
